Woman on front desk today was awfully rude. She had no understanding of learners with issues such as myself who has Autism. When she spoke as well to me about certain stuff she was very aggressive. When I rebook my test, I will not be booking here again. This is a disgrace.
Very rude site attached. Lots of places to park but not allowed to park on site
Attended recently the staff on duty was very kind respectful i would reccommend this test centre x
Appalling siting for a test centre. No parking nearby. Went on a recce beforehand to work out where it was and drove onto Queens way then couldn't get out as the test centre has no way of opening the barrier! Advised me to wait and tailgate the next person leaving!!! Told me there were big signs saying there was no parking which was true but I had no intention of parking. There were no signs saying we won't let you out if you come in and the barriers were up when I got there.
No parking at all poorly situated
