Bringing my son I was quite rudely called to accross the room before I had even got through the door and told "no waiting today" . It is not clear that you cannot wait if you bring someone- very rude, I will be taking it further
The only reason I am giving a 1 star is that the staff was lovely and very apologetic, my took my partner in for his theory test early morning and was told I could not wait in the waiting area which I have previously waited in before as there is no waiting anymore, I am heavily pregnant and about to give birth within a few weeks I already struggled to get up the stairs and was finding it difficult to catch my breath!, I was on the verge of passing out and was told to leave! Because it was so early in the morning there was no where for me to go and was with nobody!, if something. Has happened to me no one would have even known!, I am really disappointed that I couldn't even have waited for 10 mins just until I caught my breath back and was able to walk again !, the staff were lovely about it! Which I understand they are just doing there job! I do think the rules should change!!
