BOOK A THEORY TEST AT Chichester THEORY TEST CENTRE
Before you are entitled to book a theory test, you’ll need to have your provisional driving licence. Theory tests can be booked either by telephone or online (see below) and to do this, you’ll need a few details off your licence. The Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) are responsible for managing all theory test bookings and Pearson Professional conduct the theory tests. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE THEORY TEST
You are entitled to reschedule the theory test for an alternative date and time, or cancel the test to receive a full refund. Please allow for a minimum of three working days notice (including Saturdays) for either of these to be possible.
AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TEST
An email confirming the time, date, address and reference number of your theory test will be sent to the email address you supplied once you have completed your booking. If you can’t find the email, check your junk folder. In case any issues arise, it is advised you print this email and take it along to your theory test appointment.
ATTENDING THE THEORY TEST
To aid in avoiding any issues on your arrival to Chichester Theory Test Centre, bring along a printout of the confirmation e-mail you received from the DVSA. Took my daughter to this centre today and OMG the receptionist getting 5 star for rudeness!!!
I turned up for my driving theory exam only to find the building locked. After some walking around the site i found someone who informed me that the test centre moved around a month ago. I then double checked my emails and I hadn't received any information on this and the only address on my test confirmation was the empty place I turned up to. I ended up missing my slot, I intend to get a full refund.
One star is too many. Extremely rude receptionist who needs training or sacking. Completely unnecessary to be that rude and aggressive but particularly so when people are likely to be feeling stressed and anxious.
wouldn't even give it 1 star! the receptionist was incredibly rude, employ someone else for god's sake!! My daughter felt panicked before she even went in because of the tension and rudeness of the staff. APALLING.
I took my daughter to this test centre today and was rudely spoken to by the lady receptionist telling me YOU CANT WAIT HERE . I replied politely I was just making sure she got in ok to be told . WELL SHE HAS GOT HERE SO YOU CAN GO NOW . This is out of order and should be dealt with by her manager
