My daughter turned up yesterday after searching for the the entrance to the building for over 30 minutes. She constantly tried to phone the 0800 number in order to contact the staff to ask for directions to the clearly unassailable entrance. The number declined all incoming calls. After eventually gaining entry to the elusive office she was flustered and upset because she was 1 minute late but still willing and capable of sitting the test. The 2 jobsworth council employees ( overweight and with body odour) not to mention an unhelpful and negative attitude took great pleasure in informing her that she could not take the test and would have to reapply again. Maybe you have a recurring theme and maybe you should be taking a look at your staff attitudes and behaviours towards the hard working public who take time out of a HARD WORKING job to attend your invisible cave. I give you a zero rating . You are beyond useless We will be booking elsewhere...with sweeter and pleasant smelling staff
Come 9:58 my test started 10 on paper it sounded like it advised you to come 15 minutes early pretty much got lied to saying that I would distract people in the test but how could this happen if the test didn't start for 2 minutes also he said to start the test my friend needed to go so he started walking away then told me I couldn't do test sounds like he was enjoying sending me away and wasting 23 pound
Terrible, young men are constantly failed whovotgerwise passed every educationally exam with ease!
Not very good!
