RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING THE THEORY TEST
If you are unable to attend your theory test in Milton Keynes, you may either reschedule or cancel the test. You may only reschedule the theory test to a suitable time and date or cancel it to receive a full refund if you allow for three working days notice. Saturdays are included as a working day.

ATTENDING THE THEORY TEST

Without your photocard, the test centre manager may not let you take the test. If you retain the old style licence, a valid UK passport must be taken with your driving licence to provide adequate forms of identification. Not impressed with this place staff rude you get treated like a criminal son wasnt allowed audio head set on had to take his shoes off roll up his sleaves ect i mean come on what the heck sort it out bad enough for people who are nervous without being made feel like a criminal !!!oh and all so my partner got same treatment when he went do bike test
The receptionist was rude, abrupt and wouldn't let my daughter have a tissue from a box of tissues on her desk. I could not believe how rude she was not only to my daughter but also to other candidates. Maybe she should be given a lesson in customer service as my daughter was already nervous and this woman made her even more anxious. Disgusting behaviour from this woman. Maybe she needs a rethink on her choice of career
