Rude, no disabled access can't arrive early captain manering
Very rude manager with grey hair couldn't sit on any of the 10 empty seats!! Rude
I understand the ladies were very friendly. However, one set of equipment used worked ok, everyone had their results immediately and left. The other half waited for 2 hours to then be told they would need to ring a number to find out if they had passed or not. My daughter rang the number to find that she had not passed and that she would receive the document informing her of this through the post. We have not heard anything 2 weeks later and have also been 'told off' by her driving instructor for rebooking the theory test without knowing what she failed on.
Unfriendly got sat under a freezing cold air conditioning unit and was told basically tough.
Staff very rude when I asked where I could park. No parking just a barrier controlled empty car park that we are not allowed to use.
